スイス遠征前のトレーニングとしてバリエーションルートの天狗尾根～ツルネ東稜に行った。
暑い中での天狗尾根の急登は体力を消耗した。
ツルネ東稜の下りは誤った踏み跡が多くありルートファインディングに苦労した。
良いトレーニングになったと思う。
